C6Web provides AI-powered web applications and services designed for cybersecurity and software development purposes, including but not limited to:

• OpenCodeReview: AI-Powered Source Code Review Software
• Other tools and services as made available by C6Web

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services utilise third-party cloud infrastructure and AI services, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), OpenAI, and other providers. Your use of our Services is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C6WEB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C6Web and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, closing your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
