By accessing or using C6Web services — including C6 Guardrails and other C6Web applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.
2. Description of Services
C6Web provides AI-powered applications for cybersecurity and development, including:
- C6 Guardrails — an open-source LLM security platform that proxies AI traffic and evaluates requests against OWASP LLM Top 10 2025 threats.
- Additional projects and tools published through the C6Web hub as they become available.
Both open-source and non-open-source projects may be offered through C6Web. Specific licensing terms for each project are published alongside the respective project.
3. User Accounts
Where account creation is required, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Reporting any unauthorised access promptly.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use C6Web services for any of the following:
- Illegal purposes or activities prohibited by applicable law.
- Unauthorised access to systems, networks, or data.
- Disruption or degradation of service availability.
- Uploading or distributing malicious code or software.
- Harming, harassing, or defrauding others.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through C6Web services. By using the services, you grant C6Web a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the requested service.
The C6Web platform, branding, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Victor Tong. Open-source projects published through C6Web are subject to their respective open-source licences (e.g. MIT Licence).
6. Third-Party Services
C6Web projects may integrate with or depend on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including:
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Amazon Web Services
- OpenAI and other LLM providers
Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Open-source projects are provided under their respective licences, which also disclaim warranties. Please review the licence file included with each project.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C6Web's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless C6Web and its creator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services or your violation of these terms.
10. Termination
C6Web reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which C6Web operates.
